- Step 1: Contact us to obtain a “Session ID”*
- Step 2: Enter Session ID, Your Name and Company. Click “Connect”
- Step 3: Download and Run**.
- Step 4: Your presence is required during the performance of Remote Support.
- For dedicated “Remote Support”, please contact us.
- NOTE*: “Session ID” is randomly generated and expires upon use. Unused Session ID expires within 15 mins.
- NOTE**: Software is “Digitally Signed” and remote session initiated by you with a valid “Session ID” from us. Software is not designed for “Unattended” access.
