One of the best ways to solve problems is using Remote Support assistance. This however will need to meet basic minimum requirements:
- You must have internet connection (eg: able to surf internet)
- Your antivirus need to be disabled (until the next restart).
- Click on either one of the icons below and run it.
- For
AmmyyAdminor its zip , download then manually run it. - For TeamViewer, just click and run it. Password = coreplus
- For AnyDesk, just run Click on AnyDesk (exe) and run the application.

How it works?
AmmyyAdmin, TeamViewer and AnyDesk are remote access software that allows us to remote into the machine that’s installed with it (with your permission). Run ONLY ONE of it and provide “Your ID” for us to connect to you. It will take no longer than 1 minute from the moment you download to “Accepting” our remote session request.
