Follow the steps below for an Ad-hoc “Attended” Remote Support:

- Step 1: Contact us to obtain a “Session ID”*
- Step 2: Enter Session ID, Your Name and Company.
- Step 3: Click “Connect”
- Step 4: When prompted, Click “Agree and Download”.
- Step 5: Run the downloaded file “ZA_Connect.exe”
- Step 6: Click “Join” to start Remote Session.
- NOTE*: “Session ID” is randomly generated and expires upon use or auto expire within 20mins if unused.
- NOTE**: Software is “Digitally Signed” and remote session initiated by you with a valid “Session ID” from us. Software is not designed for “Unattended” access.
- NOTICE: This is an “Attended Remote Assist”, hence your presence is required during the performance of Remote Support.
